Toby McFarren Hamilton, 79, of Brooktondale, NY, passed away peacefully at home while surrounded by family on April 26, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to attend a graveside service on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Greensprings Natural Cemetery Preserve, 293 Irish Hill Road, Newfield, NY 14867.
