Richard Hoffman PhD, MHA, FACHE

Rich Hoffman, loving husband, father, ba, brother and friend passed away peacefully at home on December 7, 2020. He loved life fully and in the moment. His wish is for everyone to fully embrace life with adventure, love and continued learning. A celebration of life will be planned when it is safe to have a gathering.
