Louise D. (Orzino) Sisson, 90, of Lansing, NY, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2022, at Cayuga Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Ithaca, NY.

Born in Ithaca, NY, on March 12, 1932, Louise was the daughter of the late Querino and Marie (Lama) Orsini.  She attended Immaculate Conception School through eighth grade, then went on to graduate from Ithaca High School. Prior to retirement, Louise was employed by Ithaca College as a secretary.

Louise is survived by her sons, Lawrence (Jill) Sisson of FL, Dana (Ellen) Sisson of Spencer, Michael (Jean Ross) Sisson of PA, and Christopher Sisson of Lansing; several grandchildren; brother, Querino (Trinky) Orzino; and numerous extended family members and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her companion of 30 years, Carl M. Seager; and siblings, Anthony Orzino, Mary Scaia, Clara Leonardo, Annie Otto, Angie Perko, and Frank (Joyce) Orzino.

Family and friends are invited to a period of visitation from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at Lansing Funeral Home, 32 Auburn Road, Lansing.  Prayers of committal, officiated by Father Jorge Ramirez, will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, August 26, 2022, at North Lansing Cemetery.
