Inge M. Alexander

Inge M. Alexander died on 1/20/22 at her home on Regency Lane in Ithaca, NY, with her partner Zan Gerrity and dear friends at her side.  She was born in NYC in 1931.

Inge, a kind, keen, strong-willed woman, was a skilled carpenter, artist, photographer, social justice and environmental activist and animal lover.

Inge, with Zan, built and ran Woolbuddy Farm in Caroline, NY, a child friendly, solar farm sanctuary for sheep from 1996 to 2012.

Zan Gerrity, her partner of 35 years, survives her.  A celebration of Inge’s life will be held in April.
