Catherine Marie Milligan, a lifelong resident of Lansing, passed away at the age of 98 on July 28, 2023, at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca. She was married to her best friend and soul mate, Arthur Frederick Milligan, for 77 years until his passing on September 21, 2019.

A funeral service will be held at noon on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at Lansing Funeral Home, 32 Auburn Road, Lansing, NY 14882. Family and friends are invited to a period of visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the service. Interment will follow in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden.
