Amanda Lynn Bush went to be with her Father on June 20, 2014, at the age of 27.

She was born June 11, 1987, to Wilfred Jr. and Kelly Ahrens Bush. Amanda loved people and her relaxed nature made friends gravitate toward her. Her greatest passion and source of happiness in life was being an exceptional mother to Madison Mae.

Amanda was preceded in death by her father, Wilfred, and maternal grandparents, Bob and Mary Ahrens.

She is survived by her daughter, Madison Mae Cortright; her fiancé and soul mate, Adam Cortright; her siblings, Branden Bush, Dillon Bush, Renee Bush, Shania Bush, Larry Welch, Justin Welch, three step siblings; paternal grandparents, Wilfred, Sr. and Sue Bush; aunt, Vera Bush; uncle, Jeffrey Bush, and a large extended family and many friends.

A memorial service will begin at 2pm, Monday, June 30th, at Lake Watch Inn, 1636 East Shore Drive, Ithaca, immediately followed by a reception. Interment will be private.
