Richard Stephen Galik died on Sunday, October 25, 2009, at the age of 57.  He is survived by his wife, Candace. 

A graveside service will be held at Greensprings Natural Cemetery, Newfield, NY, on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at 12pm.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
